Do you have any other MIDI devices? I still think the cable is suspect as the drivers are supported in Windows and seem to be installed OK and the keyboard should be detected if you put it in PC Mode. However the emu cables do have a good reputation and do work with PSR's. ![]() You need to buy a USB audio interface. If you live in the USA you can go to Best Buy or Guitar Center (better). You will also need a 1/4 inch TRS to dual 1/4 TS cable in order to connect the headphone output on the keyboard to the inputs on the interface. Both items should be less than $100. I have tried many times to transfer from my instruments to my computer.I have openned my MusicSoft downloader ver.5.5,and click electrical Musical Instruments. And always appear Flash Memory and System drive folder. I tried to find to get User1 folder or whatsoever. But I couldn't (which I can transfer from my instruments to my computer).
